openings, manage candidates, and hire faster using a web portal or mobile
app.
You can register through the app or website by providing your company name,
contact details, and verification information.
Yes. All employers go through a verification process to ensure job quality
and protect job seekers from spam or fraud.
Yes. Your login credentials work across both platforms.
Currently, only one login is supported per account. Multi-user access will
be available in future updates.
Job Posting & Management
Click “Post a Job,” fill in details like title, description, location,
salary, skills, and experience, then publish. You can also save drafts or
schedule posts.
Yes. You can edit, pause, or remove a job from your dashboard anytime.
Yes. You can specify multiple job locations or post city-specific roles
separately.
Jobs are typically visible for 30 days, unless removed manually. Premium
jobs may get extended visibility
Candidate Management
Go to “My Jobs” → select a job → open the “Applicants” tab to view all
received applications.
This section stores profiles you’ve shortlisted, rejected, or marked for
follow-up.
Yes. Based on your plan, you can message, email, or call candidates using
the contact details provided.
The pipeline view helps you organize applicants by stages like New,
Shortlisted, Interviewed, Offered, or Rejected.
Plans & Payments
Yes, basic job posting is free. For more reach, premium options like
featured listings, resume views, and direct candidate access are available.
You can view available plans under the “Pricing” or “Upgrade” section in the
app or on the website.
No. Payments are non-refundable unless specifically mentioned in the offer
terms.
Privacy & Security
Yes. We use modern security standards to keep your information and candidate
data safe.
Yes. Candidate profiles must be used only for hiring. Sharing or misusing
candidate data is strictly prohibited and may lead to suspension.
Technical Support & Help
Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset it via your
registered email.
Check if your job is live, ensure proper category selection, and make sure
your job listing has a clear title and description.
